Payment Methods
Payment for the residential treatment program and
extended care can be made by the following methods:
- Check or Money Order
- Bank Transfer
- Cash in US Dollars
- MasterCard and VISA
- Insurance Accepted
NOTE: All checks must be cleared prior
to admission.
Standard Ancillary Costs - Client Responsibility
- Medical services and/or medications
- Spa Facility amenities outside of
fitness activities such as
massage, facials, hair cut,
manicure
- Personal Toiletries
- Cigarettes
* Should admission to the program be delayed (see
Admission Information),
the client will be charged at a daily rate of $500.00
per day to establish and effect a referral to an
appropriate facility.
