protocols that address the whole individual. Part of A.T.I.’s goal is to examine the perceptions
one has about Mind-Body-Spirit-Environment® and how those perceptions produce thinking. Perception
Therapy® reviews those perceptions throughout the learning process and as those perceptions change,
we witness changes in thinking, which in turn brings hope and healing. When a change in thinking
produces a new view, all things are possible including good health, lifestyle change, recovery from
addictions and emotional problems, happiness, peace and success.
Healing of the Mind-Body-Spirit-Environment is relapse prevention and recovery.
The Perception Therapy® Kit is used daily by the clients of Alternative Treatment International within the Program. You can use
the kit in your program or at home to assist with relapse prevention and recovery.
Part of your goal in using the Perception Therapy® Cards and Perception Therapy® Journal is to examine the perceptions
that you have about your Mind-Body-Spirit-Environment, and understand how those perceptions produce your thinking. The
awareness you will gain about changing your thinking will assist you in making better choices, which will in turn help
you to improve your life.
Journaling is a purposeful tool that allows you
to freely express yourself and just be with your thoughts.
Your words expressed, without judgment or censor, will
provide you with insight on your path to “Self” discovery.

- Follow each card in the order presented;
- Follow the cards section by section;
- Choose a card from a different section each day;
- Read the card(s), repeat the positive affirmations on the front of each card, follow with meditation and journaling
