TESTIMONIALS:
"Thank you to everyone at ATI for showing me so much understanding, acceptance and love. You showed me how to reconnect with my spirit. My spirit is now healed and rejuvenated. I understand the power that perceptions and thinking have on behavior. I now have the tools to lead a new and joyful life.
Thank you so much."

"A.T.I. taught me a lot about my "true self" and the energy in the universe that can be harnessed for good! I came into A.T.I. in post-surgical pain, with depression, anxiety and bi-polar disorder, but now my pain is 80% resolved and I have a way more positive outlook on life. I have found the fun, humorous and adventurous side of me that I lost years ago and that means everything to me - it's who I really am and who I've been missing for 8-9 years. I will always be grateful to both A.T.I. and the wonderful people I met there. It was an all-around great experience which opened my eyes to other spiritual possibilities, and the therapists and staff are awesome!"

"This is the part of life that I have been missing. I have changed my confused perceptions about life, spirituality and the environment. I really loved the time I spent here. This must or should be a training for everybody. I have learned here how and what is happiness."

"ATI is a truly wonderful program. Every aspect of the program seems to compliment the other aspects very well. The condos were great. I was truly surprised with how much my life had changed while in this program. All of my expectations were exceeded. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here, and while I am leaving physically, I will always remain here spiritually, mentally, and emotionally."

"I came here to deal with my addictions and lack of coping skills. In two short weeks, I have learned more here at A.T.I. than I have in two years of therapy. The techniques and Perception Therapy at A.T.I. have changed my life and perspective in such a positive way. I leave here excited to live my life. I am no longer afraid of life and this is a very freeing feeling. Thanks to all here at A.T.I. that provided the tools for this wonderful transformation."

"It has been nearly a year since I arrived at ATI, and I can't believe the difference it made in me. My faith is stronger, I am calmer, and it is what he wants it to be. Words can't express how the gratitude I have for what you have helped me see. My life is what I perceive it to be, full of love, laughter and great times. THANK YOU for helping me during the worst part of my life."

"It's been 3 years since we first met and today I live in peace. My family is peaceful, my children are peaceful (well, they are teenagers...) and most importantly I'm peaceful. I could go on-and-on about your program and staff but I can also sum it up quickly, IT WORKED! Or more accurately, I worked. I learned how to resolve the underlying issues, and when I did, the symptom (aka drug use) vanished from my life. I don't struggle, I don't fuss, I don't crave, I just live. I just live! It's been a blessing. I can't thank you enough. You were truly a vehicle for a miracle. Many Blessings to you - and most especially Charles. He was a bright light during my darkest hours."

"To whom it may concern:
This letter serves to inform you of the multiple attempts to seek help for alcoholism and why now more than ever feel in the right place. Every place that I have attended up until now resulted in me drinking again.
With some research, I knew I needed some residential treatment for an extended period (28 days). Once again, I found myself in need of detoxification before I would be able to enter long term treatment. I once again admitted myself to Town and Country Hospital with every intention of going straight from the hospital to the treatment center.
Since my stay at ATI (Alternative Treatment International), I feel I am on my way to finding peace for the first time in almost 20 years and am not being treated as an alcoholic, but rather someone who suffers from deep seeded depression and anxiety and I must make the attempt to resolve these issues. Alcohol was my way of self-medicating and hiding from my sorrows.
I have a lot of therapy that is still needed and there is nowhere on this Earth that I would rather be than right here at ATI. In less than a week's time, we have already discovered more than I could ever have done anywhere but here. So many treatment centers treat the symptom of alcoholism or other medications. ATI focuses on one's mind, body, spirit, and soul. "

"12/21/09 - Six months ago yesterday, I said goodbye to alcohol. 154 days ago today, I said goodbye to A.T.I. and during just about every one of those days, I've been trying to come up with the words to thank you. It all started with a phone call, one of the most terrifying phone calls I've ever had to make. The warm & gentle tone of your voice was the first indicator I had found the right place. From that conversation on, I had the distinct feeling I was about to embark on my road to recovery, and I was right.
I was greeted at the airport by an angel who treated me with compassion & respect, named Rodney. Later on, I met the other members of your phenomenal staff, and they all did exactly the same thing. Never for one moment during my entire stay at A.T.I. was I made to feel like I had something to be ashamed of, that my alcoholism was a burden I must carry forever because I was powerless against it. In fact, I was taught just the opposite. Everbody was a source of wisdom, strength & camaraderie, a team of divine experts to guide me towards a brighter path, a path I had previously been unaware even existed. No longer was I bogged down with the weight of my past, but rather lifted up so that I can see the breathtaking view of my future, a future that I have the power & inspiration to create for myself. I used to only feel the artificial joy of alcohol, but A.T.I. showed me the real McCoy. It's like a buried treasure; once you find it, you never want to go back to digging for it again. Your contribution to the world is a gorgeous miracle."
Peace in 2010 and always!

"To all - I was in your treatment center in March, 2008. I wanted to update you on my progress. I am now a Certified EMT and start the Fire Academy in April, 2010. Also, I am still clean and want to thank everyone there for the help and kindness that you always provided to me. I am a better and more kind (mindful) person thanks to all of you. A.T.I. made me the woman that I am today. My parents would also like to thank you, as well as tell you, that A.T.I. was worth every penny spent. My best to any newcomers who have yet to have their lives blessed by all of the wonderful staff there. I would not be who I am today without the blessings of A.T.I. Keep up the good work."

"Friends at ATI,
I am so grateful for this experience. I relate to others and the world with peace and intentional awareness of its purpose and how it relates to my true desires. I try to embrace each moment's purpose to the journey, not obsessively trying to 'figure it out', I try not to think too much. I am considerate, fun, free, peaceful/content, wise, healthy and have wonderful relationships with family and friends due to this realization.
My personal experience:
Three months ago my life was in chaos. Despite some resemblence to career success, I had lost myself. I no longer knew me. I was no longer making decisions with any logical reason. I had turned away from my family, friends, job and most importantly myself. In so many ways I hated who I was but did not consciously see it.
Today, I am alive again. ATI showed me how to reconnect with myself. I feel like the same person and yet a totaly different person at the same time. The qualities and characteristics that I and others enjoyed and liked about me are still there. More importantly the part of me that I despised is gone. The anxiety, worry, depression, self-doubt, pain, guilt and so many other characteristics are no longer present or at the very least greatly diminished.
I have the tools and confidence to know I can and will be successful in recovery. So many other programs are just about abstinence. They talk about not 'white knuckling' it and in fact for me I felt the efforts of those programs were in fact teaching people a 'white knuckle' approach to sobriety because the roots of the disease were never addressed. Those programs work for millions of people. For some of us they simply do not work or even make sense. Call me complex, difficult whatever. I needed a program to address my outlook on life, my conceptions about the world I lived in, ultimately my perceptions.
While attending ATI I saw firsthand how the program worked and was working for so many people. I wanted that success for myself. Freedom from the insanity of addiction. I worked the program for everything it had to offer even the parts I gave no credence. 'You get what you put into it'. I put my heart and soul into the program and I got my heart and soul back. The gift I got back, I gave myself through the guidance of this program. I am so grateful for the gift of life and cannot imagine degrading this precious experience by using drugs or alcohol. Three months ago it was how I lived I couldn't imagine a life without it.
I feel most people who attend this program have a great time during their stay. I keep in touch with most of the people that attended during my stay. To my knowledge most of them are clean. Many of them I have daily contact with through e-mail, phone or facebook. ATI is something very special and a different approach. I think it is an experience that anyone can benefit from, not just addicts.
The people at ATI are amazing. They are fun to be around and make you very comfortable. The office staff Marilyn, Rodney, Sharon are about as kind and considerate to your needs that anyone could ever expect. I never knew treatment and recovery could be fun. I am so grateful for what this program has given me I want to pass it along to others.
This program has given me my life, myself, my identity back to me and my family. It is so great to feel again. Good luck to you in your endeavors towards recovery for you or your loved one."

Printed in the Maryland Gazette, May 30, 2009 - Center offered real help for depression.
"I suffered from years of depression, trying unsuccessfully to drown my feelings. I was at my final end. My family intervened and we came up with an option that changed my life forever. Uncertain of the outcome, I arrived at Alternative Treatment International, Inc. in Clearwater, Fla. I was welcomed with open arms. This small, unique company was my answer. ATI is based on perception therapy as well as spiritual, physical and environmental enlightenment. They believe that all things are connected through your mind, body, spirit and environment. To my understanding, ATI has a 96 percent recovery rate. Not only does ATI provide excellent housing in private condos, they have a great staff. All clients participate in Kai Chi Do, Yoga, and Art Therapy and have passes to a four-star spa with exercise equipment and swimming. I would highly recommend this type of treatment to anyone who wants to better their life forever."

"Recovery is Priceless - I had already tried many organizations to help with my situation in which thousands of other people are dealing with now. Upon arriving, I was welcomed with open arms. All the staff are highly educated in Psychology Therapy, Nutrition, and Behavioral Health. They have a 24/7 excellent staff of Techs to help clients with all their living needs."

"ATI transformed my life! After 30 years of alcohol abuse, self-loathing and numerous attempts at twelve-step rehabilitation, I discovered who I truly am at ATI. I now love myself and feel a sense of one-ness with the universe. I arrived at ATI feeling like a primordial skin-sack filled with sludge. ATI helped me rise through the sludge and blossom. It was a complete life transforming process. I am a true believer in Perception Therapy and all of your program's teachings. Thank you so much for offering people the Mind, Body, Spirit and Universe experience at ATI. To the Staff at ATI, Thank you! Thank you! Thank you to all of you! Your program gave me my life back. You were all so supportive and kind. Each of you had an impact on my recovery in many ways."
